Job Title: Accountant – On-site Near El Monte

Overview:

We're seeking an experienced Accountant to manage all accounting functions and keep our finances accurate and organized.
You'll handle everything from payroll to reporting, ensuring
compliance and supporting business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations using Sage, NetSuite, or similar software.
• Record journal entries and maintain general ledger accuracy.
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
• Assist with budgeting, tax preparation, and financial analysis.
• Maintain thorough and accurate financial records.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or an Accountant.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, double-entry bookkeeping, and accounting best practices.
• Skilled with accounting software (Sage, NetSuite)
• Detailed oriented and organized, and able to handle multiple priorities.
• Payroll and tax experience a plus.

Location: On-site – Near El Monte, CA
Pay rate: $30.00 - $40.00
