Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including warehouse areas, loading docks, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help identify potential issues or disruptions; Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or delivery personnel, helping to support authorized access and orderly movement throughout the location; Support loss prevention and operations needs by observing shipping and receiving areas, noting damaged property or suspicious behavior, and communicating security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
