Bristol Hospice - - Responsibilities: Spend quality one on one time with patients and their families to support everyday needs; Care for hospice patients by providing paths, back rubs, oral hygiene, shampoos, and changing bed linen as often as needed; Provide bedtime care including personal hygiene regimens as required; Record important health information including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure; Assess and report patient condition and any significant changes to the Case Manager
