Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or staff by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and help to deter unauthorized access throughout the location.; Respond to incidents, access-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting activity according to post guidelines.; Communicate with residents, property management, and/or first responders regarding access requests, deliveries, and unusual activity at the location.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the property, common areas, and perimeter, noting conditions and reporting security-related concerns.
