Aerotek - - Responsibilities: Operate Dual Pallet (4-axis) machining centers and Multi-Tasking turning centers (Mazak, Okuma); Use dial indicators for machine setup and on-machine inspection of forgings; Work with tolerances as tight as ±.0001" in various turning applications; Document tooling and machine setup after FA approval for repeatability; Perform preventative maintenance and ensure machines are operating optimally
