Hilton Hotels - - Responsibilities: Transport and clean all kitchen equipment including buffet, cooking utensils and service ware; Perform cleaning duties including, but not limited to, mopping and removing trash; Cleans hoods, ovens, deep fryers and changes oil as needed; Sweeps and mops the kitchen and loading dock; Train other stewards, as needed
