The Role
We are seeking a high-performing Sales Representative with a background in luxury or design-trade sales to join our Costa Mesa showroom.
This is a full-cycle, performance-driven role combining showroom consultation, outbound business development, and long-term relationship management. You will be expected to generate new business, build and manage a pipeline, and close at a high level.
What You'll Do
Host clients, designers, and trade partners in our showroom with a polished, consultative approach
Conduct outbound outreach to generate qualified opportunities and drive showroom traffic
Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, builders, and high-end homeowners
Advise on product selection, specifications, and pricing for custom projects
Manage a structured pipeline and maintain accurate client records
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Represent Solé Shades with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times
What We're Looking For
5+ years of B2B sales experience within luxury, design, or related high-end industries
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage a sophisticated, design-oriented clientele
Professional presentation and demeanor aligned with a luxury brand environment
Highly self-motivated, organized, and comfortable balancing inbound and outbound sales activity
Reliable transportation and ability to attend local client meetings as needed
An existing network within the design, construction, or luxury residential space is highly preferred.
Candidates without an established book of business must demonstrate a strong ability to generate new business, build relationships, and close deals.
This role requires proactive outbound business development and the ability to build a pipeline from the ground up.
Compensation
Base + commission structure, tailored to each candidate's experience, performance, and overall value.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday
Occasional weekend availability for showroom appointments or client events
