Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a retail center environment.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout common areas, parking areas, exterior perimeters, and other assigned locations to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify maintenance or security-related concerns.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and support closing and opening routines as assigned for the location.; Assist with traffic flow, crowd management, and customer assistance during peak business hours, special events, and/or emergency situations.
