PIH Health - 12401 Washington Boulevard - Responsibilities: Performs a variety of tasks associated with serving patient meal trays and related items; Takes and logs hot and cold food temperatures on traylines as well as dishmachine and refrigerator/freezer temperatures; Loads patient trays into meal carts and delivers meal carts/late trays to nursing stations; Performs cleaning tasks including detail cleaning, washing dishes, and pots and pans; Responsible for stocking and cleaning work areas; assists with trayline setup, service, breakdown, and sanitation
