Daily Responsibilities: Audit and reconcile carrier invoices to ensure accuracy Prepare and ship employee benefit materials Provide support for open enrollment meetings Maintain and update client files Update COBRA rates with TPAs following renewals Assist with database software transition Other duties as assigned Required Skills: Experience in servicing life and health insurance accounts Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual (English-Spanish) skills are preferred Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Available for travel with notice Valid Life and Health insurance license Company Information: Petra Risk Solutions is the nation's largest independent insurance brokerage specializing in the hospitality industry.
