Job Description:

Min 10+ years of experience w/ Program Management

Mandatory Skills: Agile Implementations, SAFe certified

* Program & Release Orchestration: Lead release trains across 20+ systems and improve alignment across UAT, regression, and data certification.

* Unified Integrated Project Plan: Build and own the end to end project plan covering feature delivery, data parity, testing, downstream readiness, and cutover sequencing.

* Requirements & Traceability Leadership: Curate and standardize BRDs across TACO, CPTS, AFTP/THOR, and CDM, and enforce traceability to reduce scope creep and defects.

* SLA Alignment: Define and drive SLAs that match or exceed DORIS legacy performance expectations.

* Cutover Ownership: Create and manage the full multi system cutover plan, including dependencies, durations, resources, and rollback strategies.

Domain/Industry: Agile implementation Experience, Legacy modernization, some exposure to Financial Services
