Position: Receptionist

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Pay: $20/hour

Experience: 1 year or more of previous receptionist experience. Escrow experience is a plus.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Job Description:

1. Answer and direct incoming phone calls
2. Screen calls and route messages appropriately
3. Provide professional and courteous customer service to clients and visitors

Position Requirements:

1. Strong customer service and communication skills
2. Professional appearance and adherence to dress code
3. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
4. Comfortable working with technology and office systems
