Position: Accounting Clerk
Location: Near Irvine Spectrum, fully onsite
Pay:$23.00

We are currently seeking an Accounting Clerk for an immediate temporary position. Has potential to go temp to hire.

This role is based onsite and will be working for a well-established stable and growing company in the real estate industry. Great opportunity to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with billing inquiries

• Responsible for AR cash posting, cash deposits and scanning of bank statements

• Follow up on billing discrepancies, late charges, and accrued interest

• Ensure accuracy of information being transferred between accounts

• Process incoming mail related to accounts receivable

• Conduct research and make necessary account adjustments

Qualifications:

• 2+ years working in a accounting or corporate office

• Willing to learn and ability to adapt well to a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
