Job Summary

We're seeking an Epoxy Flooring Installer to join our growing team. This is an opportunity to learn a specialized trade, gain hands-on experience, and grow your career in a high-demand field. You'll be trained to transform plain concrete into beautiful, durable epoxy floors that elevate our clients' homes. Responsibilities

• Epoxy Flooring Installation Learn to apply premium coatings with precision and care.
• Product Mixing & Application Understand correct ratios and techniques for flawless results.
• Equipment Use & Maintenance Operate commercial-grade tools safely and efficiently.
• Independent Work Manage your tasks while maintaining company quality standards.
• Customer Interaction Communicate professionally and collect final payments with confidence.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License & Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift 40+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to quality
• Demonstrated commitment and reliability
• Experience in construction or remodeling is a plus, but not required we'll train you!

Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
