Financial Analyst – Direct Hire Opportunity
Hybrid Schedule | Up to $110,000, plus excellent benefits

Must be local, will be required in be the office 2 to 3 days a week.

Key Responsibilities for the Financial Analyst:

• Support the annual capital and operating budget process
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of budget information
• Perform monthly variance analysis between actual results, budget, and prior year
• Analyze trends in Return on Equity and Rate of Return for both actual and budget results
• Maintain and update the company's financial forecasting model
• Assist with evaluating acquisitions and new business opportunities
• Prepare, analyze, and publish financial and key metrics reports
• Support rate case filings by compiling required financial data
• Handle quarterly audit request data compilation
• Assist with additional projects and reporting as needed

• BA/BS in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of related financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills are required (vlookup/pivot tables/xlookups)
• Strong analytical, reporting, and forecasting experience
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
