ALKEME is seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Receptionist / Office Assistant to support daily office operations at our Ladera Ranch headquarters. This role serves as the first point of contact for guests, employees, and vendors, while also ensuring the office environment is organized, stocked, and operating efficiently.
This position plays a critical role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience while supporting administrative functions, mail distribution, and office coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes pride in maintaining a high-quality workplace environment.
