We are looking for a skilled carpenter/installer so we can transform even more peoples lives through organization and beauty.

This position plays a key role in installing custom cabinetry, communicating with homeowners, and transforming living spaces.

Were looking for a Lead Installer / Carpenter who wants more than just a job someone who wants to build a career, grow their skillset, and be part of a winning team.

Key Responsibilities

• Install custom cabinetry, closets, and garage systems with a high level of precision
• Lead projects on-site and ensure jobs are completed to company standards
• Deliver a professional, high-end customer experience in clients homes
• Problem-solve on-site challenges with a solutions-first mindset
• Follow all company safety standards and installation processes
  
  

Youll have:

• 2+ years of carpentry, finish work, or installation experience
  (custom cabinetry or remodeling experience is a big plus)
  
• Strong attention to detail you care about getting it right the first time
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a hands-on environment
• Reliable, professional, and takes ownership of their work
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
