About the Role
We're seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for immersive eLearning experiences developed for major automotive brands. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end creative direction of digital learning programs—including course visuals, video, motion design, and interactive elements—ensuring a cohesive, engaging, and brand-aligned learner experience.
You'll partner closely with instructional designers, strategists, and production teams to translate learning objectives into compelling creative solutions. The ideal candidate is both a visionary thinker and a hands-on creative leader who can bring ideas to life in ways that are not only visually striking, but also effective in driving learning and engagement.
