West Capital Lending is hiring a full-time Mortgage Trainer to lead onboarding, tech adoption, and live coaching for our rapidly growing network of loan officers nationwide.

What You'll Do:

?? Lead structured onboarding for new brokers and LOs

?? Train users on tech platforms (LendingPad, pricing engines, POS, CRM)

?? Host weekly live trainings on best practices for submission, loan flow & compliance

?? Build quick guides, job aids, and training modules

?? Partner with leadership on rollout of new tools, systems, and updates

?? Provide 1-on-1 support to LOs needing deeper tech or process help

Who You Are:

?? Experienced in mortgage (broker model required)

?? Deep understanding of common broker tech (LendingPad, ARRIVE, Floify, Shape, etc.)

?? Confident presenter — both live and recorded

?? Able to simplify complex workflows into easy, step-by-step guidance

?? Comfortable with change, fast-paced environments, and a national audience
