Quality Manager (Aerospace)

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead our quality organization within a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing quality systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and document control
• Manage and improve quality systems, processes, and metrics
• Oversee inspection activities, First Article Reviews, and supplier quality
• Serve as FAA/ODA point of contact and ensure AS9100 compliance
• Drive corrective/preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead internal and external audits
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering and operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field
• 8+ years in Quality, including 3+ years in leadership
• Aerospace and/or medical industry experience preferred
• Strong AS9100 audit experience
• ERP experience (Epicor preferred)
• Experience working with aerospace components & systems

Salary: $140,000 – $180,000 DOE
