Creative Content Strategist

This role sits at the intersection of creative, strategy, and performance — helping us produce content that not only looks good, but actually works.

You'll partner closely with our marketing team to build, test, and scale ad ideas — while elevating the quality and consistency of our organic social media presence.

This is not a "just post content" role.

This is a make it better, make it smarter, make it perform role.

What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Execution

• Plan, script, and execute social content with intention

• Bring structure to shoots (shot lists, hooks, variations, angles)

• Be hands-on in content creation — filming, directing, and occasionally being on camera

• Raise the bar for content quality, consistency, and creativity

Creative Strategy & Ideation

• Work closely with the ads team to develop hooks, concepts, and testable ideas

• Identify winning organic content and evolve it into paid creative

• Contribute new concepts regularly

• Stay on top of trends, but adapt them to fit the brand

Performance & Optimization

• Understand what makes content perform (hooks, pacing, retention, editing)

• Analyze what's working — and apply those learnings

• Continuously improve output based on performance

• Creative thinker - bringing ideas and willingness to evolve them

• Strong understanding of short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Meta)

• Comfortable being on camera when needed

• High ownership — sees problems and fixes them

• Excels in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where priorities can quickly shift

• Bonus: Experience in DTC brands or performance-driven content
