Looking to add a Senior Packaging Engineer to lead packaging development across new and existing products.

What you'll be doing:

• Own packaging specs, materials, and equipment considerations from concept through commercialization
• Lead trials, testing, and validation to ensure performance, safety, shelf life, and quality
• Drive cost optimization and sustainability initiatives
• Partner with suppliers, co-packers, and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and implement solutions
• Support scale-up and smooth production launches

What you bring:

• BS in Packaging Engineering, Food Science, or related field
• 6–10 years of packaging experience in food manufacturing (required)
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials, testing, equipment, and regulatory requirements
• Experience working directly with packaging suppliers
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Korean language skills a plus
