Your Key Responsibilities
- Utilize advanced radiographic and CT techniques to secure precise diagnostic images
- Work closely with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnosis and patient outcomes
- Expertly position patients and adjust equipment settings for the best imaging results
- Adhere to safety protocols to protect both patients and fellow professionals
- Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and routine equipment checks
- Deliver empathetic patient care to ease anxiety and ensure comfort throughout the imaging process
- Foster a safe, organized, and efficient workspace for the imaging team and patients
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program is essential
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is mandatory
- Current BLS certification, or capacity to obtain it within 90 days of hire
- Expert knowledge of imaging protocols and safety practices
- Strong communication capabilities with patients and multidiscipline teams
- Adaptable in fast-paced settings with a focus on precision
- A detail-oriented approach with a genuine commitment to accountability
- Comfortable with PACS, RIS, and various imaging software
