Office Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of administrative, front desk, and facilities support while working in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple responsibilities with a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain daily office operations and support facility-related needs
  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting and assisting internal and external clients
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and document distribution
  • Prepare and assist with reports, presentations, and client documents
  • Scan and upload documents into document management systems
  • Monitor and maintain office supply inventory
  • Coordinate office meals, snacks, and general workplace needs
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Perform additional administrative and office support duties as needed
Basic Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED (required)
  • 1 or more year's of office services, facilities, or similar experience (required)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required)
Skills & Abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional and polished demeanor when interacting with clients and staff
  • Ability to adapt communication style for different audiences
  • Strong multitasking skills with the ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
