CV Resources is partnering with a well-established family owned Commercial Real Estate operator in search for a Senior Accountant to join their team. This role offers high visibility to owners and executives with growth potential.

The Senior Accountant is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for an entire trust and all underlying entities, including property ownership entities, management companies, and related corporate structures. The ideal candidate has strong commercial real estate accounting experience and hands-on expertise with MRI software.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-cycle accounting for trust and corporate entities
• Trust-level and entity-level financial statements
• Intercompany accounting, allocations, and eliminations
• Bank reconciliations and cash management
• Property-level accounting in MRI
• CAM estimates, reconciliations, and tenant billings
• Management fee, G&A, and intercompany billings
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Lender and reserve reporting
• Support acquisitions and dispositions
• Assist with audits and tax preparation
• Process improvement and system oversight (MRI, Avid)

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years accounting experience
• Commercial real estate and property accounting experience
• Hands on MRI experience (required)
• Strong Excel skills
• Experience with intercompany accounting
