After training, you will help maintain residential properties by:

Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
Pruning shrubs and small trees
Planting and removing plant material as needed
Performing light irrigation repairs once trained
Operating mowers, edgers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and chain saws when trained
Keeping equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and ready for use
Driving company trucks and vans on local roads and freeways

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work throughout the day
• Able to work on flat, sloped, and uneven terrain
• Willing to read, study, and learn Yard Techs systems and standards
• Professional on client properties
• Valid driver's license preferred

Pay

• $25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and fit

Full-time. Standard hours are typically 6:15 AM to 3:15 PM, though start times may be as early as 5:00 AM and end times may run as late as 6:00 PM depending on weather, season, and project needs. Open availability for full-time work is required.
