Requirements

• Required certification: Cath Lab Tech
• 1+ years of experience
• Key Requirements Summary: 1. Experience: 2 years required for submission; minimum 1 year required 2. Cases: Invasive cardiac cath lab performing coronary angiograms, PCIs, permanent and temporary pacemaker; EP experience strongly preferred; panning and circulating experience preferred, ideally in EP as well as heart caths 3. Certifications: BLS, Flouro Permit required; ACLS preferred; must be in hand at submission 4. License: CA license required; must be in hand 5. Education: Not specified 6. EMR: Epic experience preferred 7. Shifts/Call: 4x10s with call required 8 days/month; weekends minimum every other, will likely exceed; may be required to float to Laguna Beach 8. RTO: Must be included at time of submission; 7 days maximum without client approval; must commit to working 3 of 5 holidays 9. Returning Staff: Can return after 3 months; must disclose previous Providence facility employment with dates 10. Travel/Local: 50-mile radius rule; locals accepted at lower rate 11. Background: Must disclose license/background hits upfront at submission; no open license hits approved 12. Modules: Average 16 hours, non-billable; completed pre-start and annually; over 20 hours requires PM approval 13. Travel Experience: Required; first-timers not accepted 14. Scrubs: RN - Royal Blue; OR - provided 15. Flu Vaccine Requirements: Unknown 16. Special Equipment: Phillips C arm, Seimens C arm preferred Critical: LA fire card within last 30 days required. Two supervisory references covering 1 year within last 3 years required. Facility can call off once per two-week pay period.
