Role Overview
The Senior Analyst plays a critical role on the Client Success & Program Delivery team, leading advanced analytics, supporting strategic client initiatives, and optimizing program performance. This role is ideal for professionals with 4-7+ years of relevant experience who possess strong technical skills, can manage independent analytical workstreams, and can confidently contribute to client-facing discussions.
You will serve as an analytical subject matter expert - owning data quality, designing performance dashboards, delivering insights, and strengthening operational processes.
Key Responsibilities
Own Client Analytics & Reporting
- Write SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate large healthcare datasets
- Build automated dashboards and KPI scorecards using BI tools
- Analyze program performance to identify trends, risks, and optimization opportunities
- Create recurring client reports ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and insight depth
Support Client Success & Engagement
- Prepare client-ready materials including quarterly business reviews and performance summaries
- Participate in client meetings to present findings and answer data questions
- Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support business cases, renewal packages, and program optimization efforts
Drive Process Improvements
- Develop repeatable analytical templates and automated reporting solutions
- Enhance SOPs and workflow documentation for scalability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve data pipelines and reporting infrastructure
- Identify and implement efficiency improvements that reduce manual work
Skills & Qualifications
Technical Foundation:
- SQL proficiency for querying databases, joining tables, aggregating data, and validating datasets - you write queries independently, not just modify existing code
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH, complex formulas, and working with datasets of 50K+ rows
- BI tool experience building dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik, or similar tools
- 3-5 years of analytical experience where you've independently owned projects from start to finish

- Excellent communication skills - you explain technical findings clearly to non-technical audiences, both verbally and in writing
- Self-starter mentality - you identify problems, take initiative, and move work forward with limited direction
- Detail-oriented with quality focus - accuracy matters when clients depend on your analysis
- Comfort with ambiguity - you work effectively with incomplete information and figure out next steps
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
Nice-to-Have (We'll Teach You These)
- Healthcare industry knowledge (market access, specialty pharmacy, payer dynamics)
- Client-facing experience (consulting, client success, external presentations)
- Python or R for advanced data analysis
- Cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift)
- Process improvement methodologies
