About the Position: The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Manager and Leasing Team in all administrative and customer service aspects of the leasing process. Ensure seamless communication, accurate reporting, and efficient execution of daily operations to achieve leasing goals and maintain exceptional service standards across the property. Serves as a key liaison between the leasing office, management, and residents, ensuring a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach to every interaction.

Compensation
Location: The position is required to be onsite full time at Blu Laguna Niguel Apartment Homes located at 27930 Cabot Road, Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. Weekend availability required
