In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand — delivering exceptional service and technical support via phone, email, and chat that makes every customer feel genuinely noticed and taken care of. If you have a helpdesk or tech support background and love solving problems while building real connections with customers, this one's for you.
This is a fast-paced, startup environment where adaptability, empathy, and a next-issue resolution mindset are as important as technical skills. You'll work closely with Field Services, Sales, and Community Engagement teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from first contact through installation and beyond.
