Schwan's Company - - Responsibilities: Conduct advanced preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on conveyor systems and food production machinery to ensure reliable operation and minimize downtime.; Perform complex mechanical repairs including shaft keying, sprocket broaching, gear head replacement, stainless steel welding, hydraulic hose fabrication, and belt maintenance using specialized tools and equipment.; Assist with equipment setup, teardown, welding, fabrication, and installation of new or modified plant machinery to support production needs.; Diagnose mechanical issues through observation, auditory assessment, and use of precision measuring instruments, and effectively identifying and resolving root causes.; Utilize SAP software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and communicate effectively with production and operations teams to optimize workflow.
