Talent Acquisition Recruiter - Home Care - Requirements:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's preferred
Minimum 2+ years of healthcare-related experience
Strong computer proficiency in business applications
Excellent communication & presentation skills; able to work with diverse populations
Valid driver's license with reliable, insured vehicle
Professional demeanor with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Knowledge of HIPAA, confidentiality, and relevant federal/state regulations
Familiarity with office equipment and basic troubleshooting
Strong problem-solving abilities
Effective multitasking skills

Develop expertise in company brand, services, and recruitment processes
Execute strategies to recruit and hire qualified Personal Care Attendants
Oversee onboarding, including background checks, training, and orientation
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and contractual hiring requirements
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity and employee documentation
Build strong candidate relationships to enhance hiring experience and retention
Manage recruitment-related calls, inquiries, and interview scheduling
Collaborate with team members to improve hiring workflows and coordination
Track and support key metrics such as time-to-fill and retention rates
Perform additional duties as needed while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
