Key Responsibilities

  • Operate department equipment, perform quality checks, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs

  • Enter job data into the manufacturing tracking system

  • Read and interpret shop orders to verify previous operations, product counts, and quality standards

  • Ensure product quality meets work order specifications before transferring to the next department

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications

  • Work collaboratively in a team environment and cross-train in other areas as needed

  • Work overtime, weekends, and holidays when required

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the printed circuit board industry or a similar manufacturing environment

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

  • Basic computer/data entry skills

  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs

  • Ability to stand and walk for 8–10-hour shifts, including walking on uneven surfaces

Pay Details: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
