Navigate a Stock Room for Raw Materials and Components
Assemble Instruments and Modules Per Written Manuals and Verbal Instructions
Wire All Components within the Instrument Correctly According to the Electrical and Wiring Schematics
Calibrate Equipment According to Expected Standards and Accuracy
Follow and Perform Quality Control Procedures on the Equipment
Deconstruct and Palletize Equipment for Safe Transit
Troubleshoot and Repair Equipment
Perform Other Duties as Assigned by Manager
Requirements:
Keen Attention to Detail and Organization
Excels in Critical Thinking, Problem-Solving, Multi-Tasking, and Troubleshooting.
Ability to Read Electrical/Wiring Schematics and Follow Assembly and Calibration Instructions (Written and Verbal)
Succeeds in Self and Time Management. Must Be Able to Keep Yourself and Your Projects on Schedule.
Qualifications:
Preferred High School Diploma or Associate's Degree
Preferred to have taken courses such as Digital Electronics, AC Theory, Micro Controllers, etc. //or Quick Learner willing to learn and grow in the company
Preferred 1 3 years in related experience.
Experience with Hand Tools
Experience with Wiring, Crimping, and Soldering
Experience with Servo/Stepper Motors, Power Supplies, PCB's, Motion Controllers/Drivers, etc.
Experience with Metrology Equipment is a Plus
