Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations and licensing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and maintains a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying for management
Maintain and update electronic records for various licenses
Perform data entry and document management tasks
Assist in resolving administrative issues with internal teams and external licensing agencies
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and emails
Complete and submit administrative forms related to licensing, including check requests and vendor documentation
Support new license applications and renewal processes
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Proficient in Google Workspace, email, and internet-based tools
Experience with licensing or within a highly regulated industry is preferred (automotive experience is a plus)
Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
