Administrative Assistant

Description:

Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily operations and licensing activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and maintains a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support, including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying for management

  • Maintain and update electronic records for various licenses

  • Perform data entry and document management tasks

  • Assist in resolving administrative issues with internal teams and external licensing agencies

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and emails

  • Complete and submit administrative forms related to licensing, including check requests and vendor documentation

  • Support new license applications and renewal processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, email, and internet-based tools

  • Experience with licensing or within a highly regulated industry is preferred (automotive experience is a plus)

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with a high level of integrity and confidentiality

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
