The Creative Lead – Women's is direct support to the Creative Director and functions as a creative mind and project manager all in one. This role will assist with creative design concepts, managing campaigns, and conducting research.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Creative Director to support design concepts and direction for marketing materials, campaigns, and multiple projects.
- Interpret the Marketing vision to support conceptual and stylistic decisions for campaigns and projects.
- Create layouts, mockups and prototypes to illustrate ideas to team members and management.
- Responsible for leading all aspects of campaign production as assigned.
- Review and edit final products before presenting them to the VP of Marketing.
- Recommend new innovative concepts for campaigns and projects.
- Support the Creative Director in all creative projects from storyboarding to making selects.
- Collaborate with all of Marketing, including social media, production, editing, and copywriting, to bring visions to life.
- Demonstrates high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude and teamwork with customers, peers and management.
- Demonstrates high level of quality work, attendance and appearance.
- Travels up to 60% of scheduled shifts.
- Adheres to all Company Policies & Procedures and Safety Regulations.
- Adheres to local, state and federal laws.
- Performs any other duties that may be assigned by management.
- Understands and complies with all company rules and regulations.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Design.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a creative design role.
- Knowledge of design practices such as, brand development, user-centered experience design, and digital design.
- Highly proficient computer skills, especially with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Must be extremely well organized, work well under pressure and be a strong problem solver.
- Self-motivator with good initiative.

PAY RANGE: $33.00 - $36.06/hr*
