Vitas Healthcare - 12800 Romandel Avenue - Responsibilities: Deliver, set up, service and pick up medical equipment and related supplies to/from patient's residence and skilled facilities; Provide instruction and education material to patient/caregiver on operation, cleaning, and maintenance of medical equipment; Transport, handle and route medical equipment in compliance with policies and safety guidelines; Maintain accurate records and documentation of equipment and services; May provide guidance to less experienced HME delivery drivers
