Pacifica Hotels - 2020 Pacific Coast Highway - Responsibilities: Clean guest rooms to Company standards including but not limited to making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms completely, wiping down walls, etc.; Maintain a friendly, cheerful, and courteous demeanor at all times, while providing personalized service to hotel guests; Assist with laundry as needed; Report any maintenance items that need immediate attention; Provide assistance to other team members and departments to contribute to the best overall performance of the department and hotel.
