Novolex - - Responsibilities: Performs planned electrical maintenance on all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process to ensure the integrity of electrical systems; Diagnoses, troubleshoots, and repairs/maintains all equipment and machinery for the thermoforming process, including blenders, crystallizers, dryers, extruders, formers, trim presses, conveyors, and grinders; Troubleshoots AC and DC drives and motors; PC and PLC controlled systems; heaters, thermocouples, and heat controllers; safety circuits; Modifies new and existing equipment for performance improvements and upgrades; Uses Maintenance Connection to record and close work orders accurately and in a timely manner
