Staffmark - - Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance and repairs according to work orders and company procedures; Conduct minor plumbing repairs, including unclogging toilets and drains, repairing leaks, and replacing fixtures and valve assemblies; Complete general maintenance tasks such as drywall repair, painting, carpentry, and facility touch-ups; Perform minor electrical work within state guidelines, including replacing fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, ballasts, and sockets; Inspect and maintain walls, floors, doors, and facility structures to ensure properties remain in like-new condition
