Join our dynamic team in the Public Policy department as an Administrative Assistant. You will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth operations and compliance with licensing requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Email, Internet
  • Experience directly related to licensing, preferably in a highly regulated industry
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Organizational skills, both analytical and problem-solving
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Confluence and Smartsheet
  • Prior work experience in the client's industry
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, and copying to management
  • Maintain an electronic system of our various licenses
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • Assist in resolving administrative problems with internal business partners and/or external licensing agencies
  • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, and emails
  • Complete and submit administrative forms associated with license applications
  • Complete simple new licensing and renewal applications
