Position Overview

As a TikTok Shop Live Host, you will be leading brand live shopping streams for category leading brands across Food & Beverage, Wellness, Supplements, Retail, Apparel, and Electronics. You would the on-camera face of our clients' brands during TikTok Shop live sessions, driving real-time sales and audience engagement. You'll be responsible for building relationships with viewers, communicating the mission & vision behind the brand, overviewing product features & benefits, fostering engagement, and converting viewers into customers.

This role requires high energy, good on-camera presence, salesmanship, and content creation experience (influencer or UGC).

Key Responsibilities

• Live Selling Performance: Host live selling sessions on TikTok for 2+ hours at a time
• Regularly refine sales pitches and presentation techniques
• Design the set with the brands products and decorations
• Ensure all equipment is properly charged and functional before going live
• Manage pre-show preparation and post-show breakdown

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Live GMV (sales generated during live sessions)
• Conversion Rate (viewers to purchasers)
• Audience Growth & Retention (average viewers, watch time)
• Strategy Improvement Metrics (WoW performance growth)

Qualifications & Skills

• Exceptional on-camera presence with high energy and authentic sales ability
• Experience with live streaming, content creation, or on-camera performance
• Strong communication skills for both audience engagement and client interactions
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing circumstances during live sessions
• Willingness to work flexible hours and respond to last-minute opportunities
• Experience with TikTok, TikTok Shop, or social commerce platforms preferred
