Job Title: Order Picker - Standard

Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Order Pickers for a large paint packaging facility. These positions are available across different shifts with competitive hourly rates. The role involves pulling orders, labeling, inventory management, and potentially moving paint gallons within the warehouse.

3rd shift - 3rd shift (9:30pm-6am Sun-Friday) Pay will be $21.50 with limited OT (usually just 40 hour weeks).

Responsibilities

• Pull and package orders accurately and efficiently.

• Label and relabel products as necessary.

• Manage and maintain inventory records.

• Operate RF scanners for order processing.

• Lift and move paint gallons, requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Competence in using RF scanners.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience required.

• Experience with warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and general labor duties is beneficial.

Work Environment

This role is based in a warehouse setting, requiring steel-toed shoes for safety. Positions are currently contract-based (4-9 months) with a strong possibility of becoming permanent. Shifts include 1st (5:30am-2pm), 2nd (1:30pm-10pm), and 3rd (Sunday-Thursday, 10pm-6:30am) with minimal overtime, typically 40-hour weeks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.50 - $21.50/hr.
