Schedule: Monday to Friday - 1:30pm to 10pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour DOE

Volt is immediately hiring 2nd-shift Assemblers in Santa Ana, CA.
As an Assembler, you will:
- Assemble aerospace components and subassemblies according to blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
- Perform manual assembly using hand tools, fasteners, and basic equipment.
- Disassemble and reassemble parts for repair, modification, or inspection as required.
- Perform basic inspection and measurements using tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and aerospace compliance requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety procedures.
- Document work performed and report any defects or issues to supervisors.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
Schedule: Monday to Friday - 1:30pm to 10pm.
The ideal candidate will have:
- 1-3 years of Assembly experience
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints, schematics, and work instructions
- Basic print reading skills
- Basic shop math skills
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices (micrometers, calipers)
- Basic understanding of machine operation and manual assembly of parts and fastener
