JOB OVERVIEW

The Mail & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the seamless flow of incoming and outgoing shipments across the organization. This position is responsible for receiving, sorting, and distributing inbound deliveries; preparing, packaging, and coordinating outbound shipments to vendors, production partners, and sports teams around the globe; and managing all incoming postal mail. This includes opening, scanning, and electronically routing mail to the appropriate departments in a timely and confidential manner. The role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and time management to ensure accuracy, proper documentation, and on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.

This individual serves as a key operational touchpoint, helping maintain strong external relationships by ensuring materials, product samples, and time-sensitive packages are handled professionally and efficiently. The ideal candidate is dependable, process-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities to improve shipping workflows, maintain inventory of shipping supplies, and support cross-functional teams with logistics and internal mail distribution needs.

This position reports to the Communications Manager and is based out of our Irvine, CA location.

As the Mail & Logistics Coordinator you will have an opportunity to:

• Coordinate logistics of incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.

• Deliver unparalleled support for our production teams and samples, and our sports marketing teams for seeding product out to athletes and teams.

• Place orders to maintain shipping supply inventory

• Support other departments with various tasks if manpower is needed.

Expected Hours of Work & Office Requirements:

• Part- time position with requirements for extended work hours during launches or key initiatives.

• Monday - Thursday (12pm-4pm) or (1pm-5pm)

• Occasional evenings, weekend, or holiday work to support events.

Pay Range:

Hourly Rate: $18.50 - $21.00

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
