Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to join our team in Chino, CA. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience operating flexographic printing presses and rotary die cutters (rotor), with strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate flexographic press machines to produce high-quality printed packaging materials
• Operate rotary die cutters (rotor) as part of the flexo printing process
• Perform press checks, adjust settings, and ensure accurate color matching and registration
• Monitor production runs to detect problems and make necessary adjustments
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of press and die cutting equipment

• Previous experience operating a flexographic press and rotary die cutter (rotor)
• Ability to read and understand production specs and color requirements
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 45 lbs
