Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage File Auditor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the final line of defense to ensure mortgage loan files are accurate, complete, and compliant. - Location: Onsite - Santa Ana, CA
- Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour
- Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Audit for Excellence: Review mortgage files to ensure they are complete with all required forms and comply with strict documentation requirements.
- Data Verification: Compare system information against actual documents to identify discrepancies with high attention to detail.
- Error Management: Identify and flag errors or discrepancies in the electronic system for correction following company-standard procedures.
- Technical Processing: Handle specialized documents, including reinstatements, allonges, and trailing documents.
- Compliance: Ensure all files meet both internal standards and external regulatory requirements while reporting daily progress.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Higher Ed Degree preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Strong Microsoft Office literacy (Excel and Outlook) and comfort navigating complex electronic filing systems.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot tiny errors, misspelled names, or missing signatures across hundreds of pages.
- Process Oriented: Ability to follow strict protocols and process technical items like "allonges" with high accuracy.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
