Pinnacle Precision Sheet Metal is focused on build-to-print manufacturing of simple and complex sheet metal, machined, welded components and assemblies in support of commercial aircraft, medical and many other related industrial applications. Position Summary - Packer

Pinnacle Precision Sheet Metal is looking for individuals who are experienced in Industrial packaging in a manufacturing setting. The individual uses their hands, fingers, and tools to pack parts according to design & "Pack To" specifications, work orders & verbal direction.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Inspect parts for surface finish & hardware installation.
• Verifies quantity count.
• Wrap, bag, tag, and/or box parts according to specifications.
• Rubber stamp parts with numbers and/or letters as specified.
• Inspect packaging for conformance to "Pack To" specifications.

• Records and notifies supervisor of any non-conformances.
• Maintains a clean working area.
• Follow all safety rules and report any safety concerns.
• Demonstrates self-motivation and maintains a fast pace.
• Maintains a good attitude with management & coworkers.

• Help as needed in all areas.
• Cross trains as needed in other departments.
• Lifting parts up to 50lbs. or less may be required.
• Maintain basic time keeping and job records on computer database.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' prior experience manufacturing components within the Aerospace industry is desired.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read and understand drawings, schematics, blueprints, work instructions and use standard machine shop tools.
• Knowledge of basic math
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. English proficiency is required.
• Ability to interact effectively with supervision, management, and customer representatives.
• High diligence and accuracy.
• Demonstrated knowledge of workplace Health and Safety requirements.
• Ability to work overtime as required.

Work Environment

• This job operates on the floor of a manufacturing facility.

Physical Demands

• Stand continuously and lift objects up to 30lbs.
