What You'll Do

After training, you will help maintain residential properties by:

• Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing
• Pruning shrubs and small trees
• Planting and removing plant material as needed
• Performing light irrigation repairs once trained
• Operating mowers, edgers, string trimmers, backpack blowers, hedge trimmers, pole saws, and chain saws when trained
• Keeping equipment, tools, and vehicles clean and ready for use
• Driving company trucks and vans on local roads and freeways

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and punctual
• Strong work ethic
• Able to work independently without constant supervision
• Comfortable with physical outdoor work throughout the day
• Able to work on flat, sloped, and uneven terrain
• Willing to read, study, and learn Yard Techs systems and standards
• Professional on client properties
• Valid driver's license preferred

Pay
$25.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience and fit

Schedule

Full-time. Standard hours are typically 6:15 AM to 3:15 PM, though start times may be as early as 5:00 AM and end times may run as late as 6:00 PM depending on weather, season, and project needs. Open availability for full-time work is required.
