Firehouse Subs - - Responsibilities: Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness.; Ensure profitability by managing shift-level costs (food, labor, controllables, utilities) within guidelines.; Coordinate and implement current operations plans and company initiatives during a shift.; Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under GM guidance.; Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and Firehouse Subs policies.
